1 lb. bread dough (2 cups before rising) ( can thaw frozen bread dough from grocery or make your own)
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp. margarine

Sauerkraut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pinch off portion of dough about the size of an egg. Roll out on floured board by hand to make a roll about 1 inch diameter. Cut in 1 inch pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet. Repeat with remainder of dough.
Let rise 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 min. Separate if any ran together while baking.
Place in colander and pour boiling water over letting it drain quickly.
Saute onion in margarine and put over bobalky. Can also saute sauerkraut, with onion if desired and mix with the bobalky.
