2 lb ground beef
1/2 medium onion, chopped
6 cups of water
8 tsp beef bouillon granules
2 cans diced tomatoes,undrained
2 cups cooked rice
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
3 peppers, seeded and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
in large Dutch oven or soup kettle, cook ground beef with onion until meat is no longer pink, drain

add water bouillon, tomatoes, rice and seasoning, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for an hour. add peppers cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until tender
