1T olive oil
1 lb sirloin steak cut into strips
1 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 pkg Lipton onion soup
1 1/4 cups water
1 T brown sugar
1 T soy sauce
Directions:
Directions:
in a skillet, heat oil, brown steak strips, set aside

stir in broccoli, soup mix, water, brown sugar, soy sauce, bring to a boil

reduce heat to simmer, cook 2 minutes

return steak to skillet, cook another minute or until steak is done

serve over rice
