Ingredients:  
Mix together and pour into a greased baking dish:
3 cups of cooked mashed sweet potatoes (2 - 29 oz cans)
1 c sugar or 1/3 c sugar for canned potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
3 tbsp butter
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
Mix together and top casserole with:
1 c brown sugar
1/3 c chopped pecans
3 tsp butter

Directions:
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes
Can be prepared and refrigerated a day ahead. It will take longer to bake if it has been refrigerated.
Bake to an internal temperature of 140º
