1 8 oz can tomatoe sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 egg
1 small onion, minced
2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup crushed crackers
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
mix tomato sauce, sugar, and mustard until sugar is dissolved
beat egg and crackers, onion, salt and pepper
add 1/2 of tomato mixture combine thoroughly
put into loaf pan, pour rest of tomato sauce over it

bake 400º 45 minutes
