1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cups of water
3 cups of sugar
3 1/2 cups of flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

grease and flour 3 7x3 loaf pans

in large bowl mix pumpkin, eggs, oil and sugar till well blended

in separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, then stir into pumpkin mixture

pour into loaf pans filling each about 2/3 full

bake 350º 50 minutes, cool 10 minutes on rack then turn out loaves

(you can use 2 9x5 pans bake 1 1/4)
