4 pounds (2 kg) pork spareribs or back ribs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chilli sauce
1/4 cup,ketchup
1/2 cup dark rum
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 garlic cloves crushed
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs in pieces
line a roasting pan with foil
Place ribs in pan and seal tightly with foil
Bake at 350º for 40 mins
Unwrap ribs and pour off drippings
Combine remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 sauce over
return to oven and bake for about 1 hour or until meat is very tender
Turning ribs occasionally and basting with remaining sauce
