1 9" unbaked pie shell
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 med onion slices
ham slices
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 cup milk
3 eggs
Sprigs of dill or parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Spread cheese over bottom of pie shell, then onion, then ham slices
finally add another layer of cheese
In bowl Combine flour and salt,
gradually add beaten eggs and milk whip till no more lumps
Pour this into prepared pie
Bake 55 to 65 mins until egg mixture is firm and golden brown

This is delicious hot or cold and is a nice meal with a green salad
I liked making it ahead of time and keeping it on hand for snacks
