3 pound beef roast
4 to 5 medium potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 16 ounce can beef stock
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package dry beef gravy mix
1 package dry onion soup mix
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in roasting pan. Place the roast in fat side up. Allow to cook 25 minutes per pound for rare or 35 minutes per pound for well done.
