1 small ripened banana
2 slices bread
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mash the banana. Lightly toast the bread in the toaster. Spread the peanut butter on one piece of toast and the mashed banana on the other. In a small frying pan, fry the sandwich in melted butter until each side is golden brown. Serve hot.
