Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 leftover hamburgers or cheeseburgers, minced
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 small onion, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the hamburgers or cheeseburgers (cheese and all) into very small bits (the smaller the better - if they're cold, a food processor will help)
Add all of the ingredients to a medium sized bowl, and mix.
Roll into small meatballs (approx 10-12 total)
If the meatballs are too soft, add more breadcrumbs.

On a hot skillet with about 1 tbsp oil, fry the meatballs. Be careful turning them as they may be fragile (use tongs). Cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
Great for meatball subs or spaghetti!
