1 package German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup evaporated milk - divided
14oz package light carmel candies
6oz package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9x13 pan.
Combine cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk & nuts. Press 1/2 of cake mixture into pan.
Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes ( will be soft- be carefull when removing from oven. Melt carmels with remaining 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread over cake. Put chocolate chips on top of carmel mixture. Flatten remaining cake mixture with hands ( like pancakes ). Place over chips ( will not cover completely). Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cut when cool
