1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3/4 lb. sausage
2 eggs
2 hand fulls of grated cheese
Salt, pepper, and parsley to taste
Raisins and pignoli nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook rice.

2. Remove sausage from casing and saute till cooked with mushrooms.

3. Combine rice, sausage and mushrooms along with the rest of the ingredients.

4. Stuff turkey with the stuffing.
