2/3 cup dry roasted peanuts chopped
1 stick butter or margarine softened
1 cup flour
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 8-oz. package cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1 package of vanilla instant pudding
1 package of chocolate instant pudding
2 2/3 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1st 3 ingredients and press into greased 9X13 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
Blend next 3 ingredients and then add Cool Whip. Place on top of 1st layer. Beat well last 3 ingredients and place on top of 2nd layer. Top with additional cool whip and garnish with chopped peanuts.
