25 c. tomato juice
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
48 oz. tomato paste
4 tbsp. oregano
4 tbsp. basil
1/3 c. salt
3 lbs. onions
2 green peppers
1 clove garlic
Directions:
Directions:
After cooking tomatoes put into a blender and then sieve. Then using some of the juice I quarter some green peppers, garlic and onions and mix in blender. Add all ingredients into a large pot and simmer for 1/2 hour to hour.
Place into sterilized jars and put in a roaster with some water in bottom. Place in 250º F oven for 1 hour to seal or 15 minutes in a canner.
