10 to 14 medium potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c.grated sharp cheese
1/2c melted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Topping
small box of corn flakes
1 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with peel on. Cook till tender. Let cool, peel and grate in large bowl. Add sour cream, soup, cheese and the 1/2 cup melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients well. Spoon into a large casserole dish. Crush corn flakes in large bowl and add 1 cup of melted butter and mix. Spoon topping over potato mixture. Bake at 350º until cheese is melted and bubbles Serve warm.
