"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
For Dough: In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. In another bowl combine milk, water, margarine and stir until margarine has melted then add beaten eggs. Add to flour and mix. Add additional flour (about 2 cups) until makes a soft dough. Knead on floured surface for about 5 minutes. Place back in bowl and cover until doubles in size.
While dough is rising make the glaze. Mix all 3 ingredients together and boil until smooth. Pour into 11 X 17"
Once dough is done then role out into rectangle and spread margarine over entire surface. Do the same with brown sugar and then cinnamon. Roll up lengthways and cut into about 1 1/2" slices. Place in pan and cover until dough fills the pan.
Bake at 375º F for 25-30 minutes or until tops are brown. Invert onto cookie sheet.
Another option:
After buns are panned cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge in morning, uncover and let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Then cook the same as before. Fresh cinnamon buns in the morning!
