3 c. warm water
1/2 c. white sugar
6 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. yeast
2 eggs beaten
7-9 c. flour (or 3 cups whole wheat & 5 cups white)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients into a bowl and let sit 5 minutes. Add eggs and mix. In large bowl add flour and make well in center then add remaining ingredients. Knead for 5 minutes.
Cover and rise for 15 minutes, Punch down

The more kneading the finer the texture.
Final rising about 45 minutes.
After final rising pan buns on sprayed cookie sheet or bread pan. Cover in warm place away from drafts. Final rising will depend on warmth of house.
When panning dough:
If 'Sticky' just place on pans - Don't try loaves
If 'Tough' just dampen hands when kneading (Just a little to much flour)
If 'Firm" can be used for buns or bread.
Buns covered with sprayed plastic will rise quicker than just covered with a towel.
Bake at 425ºF for 12 - 15 minutes
