Ingredients:  
1lb of Wrights bacon chopped
10 cans of ranch style beans
2 cans of Rotel tomatoes
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
( you can use 4 cans of Rotel if you like the heat.)
2lbs of ground chuck
1 large onion chopped
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
1 to 2 tsp. of cumin
salt pepper to taste
grated sharp cheese
flour tortillas or corn chips


Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown bacon.
Brown hamburger and onion.
Mix the meat, beans, add the 4 cans of tomatoes of your choice,
cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Pour over tortillas or chip.
Top with cheese.
