1 1/4lb of ground chuck
1c. Velveeta cubed
1can of Rotel tomatoes
1 abused egg beaten
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers crushed
1T. of Worcestershire
1 small to med. onion diced
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
preheat oven to 350º
Mix Rotel (pour off a little of the liquid) and cheese just like you would the dip melt in large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients listed above and mix well. Place in a pam sprayed loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minute.
