1 pkg. (20 oz.) dried 15 bean Soup Mix
1 - 2 smoked ham hocks
1/2 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all in crock pot. Cover beans generously with water so you won't have to keep adding water. Cook on high until beans are tender. There is a flavor packet in bean mix. Add this when beans are almost done. Serve with corn bread.
