Ingredients:
1 roast
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 can beef broth
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
You can use any cut of roast for this recipe because the crock pot cooking will make it tender. Purchase a roast that will fit nicely in your crock pot. Use salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle 1 pkg. of dry onion soup mix over roast and pour 1 can of beef broth in crock pot, add 1/2 cup water. Cook about 5 to 6 hours on high or when roast is tender. Use liquid to make gravy. I like to use milk in the gravy to make it creamy.
