4 cans blackeyed peas,drained
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1 teas. minced garlic
1/2 teas. salt
pepper to taste

Mix well. Serve immediately. Best dipped with Frito scoop chips. May halve the recipe because it makes a large amount.
