2 Mangos
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 - 1/2 large red onion, chopped
1 - 2 Serrano peppers, chopped
Juice from 1 - 1 1/2 limes
1 (2 oz.) pineapple juice
Cilantro to taste
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop mango, red bell pepper, onion and cilantro. Stir. Add Serrano peppers, lime juice, and pineapple juice. Chill. Serve with Chili Lime chips or on top of grilled fish.
