1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. processed ham, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Finely chop ham and onion. Add cheese, egg, mustard, and pepper; mix well. Lightly spray mini-muffin pan. Unroll crescent rolls and press seams of dough to make one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 squares. Press dough into muffin cups using mini tart shaper. Fill each muffin cup with filling. Bake 13 a 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
