2 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can black eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can mexicorn (drained)
1 jar diced pimentos
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced green pepper
1 diced medium onion

Sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Bring to a boil and pour over mixture while still hot

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving and serve with a slotted spoon
