Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
3 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3-4 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 quarts chicken broth
1/4 lb butter
1/2 tsp yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Home Made Noodles
Beat until very light: 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg. Beat in: 3 tablespoons cold water and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in and work with hands: 2 cups flour.
Divide dough into 3 parts - roll out very thin on floured surface. Place between paper towels until partially dry (like chamois skin). Cut in strips and place on top of another in layers - cut in 1/4" pieces. Let dry for a few hours before using.
If you have a noodle make - it's easier.
Chicken and Noodles
Prepare 3-4 chicken breasts - more or less how much chicken you want in noodles. Microwave in a casserole dish about 10 minutes or until done. Do not overcook as it will cook more when you add the chicken to the noodles.
Prepare broth - you can use 2 quarts of chicken broth or you can use jar of chicken concentrate to make about 2 quarts of liquid - add 1/4 lb. of butter - salt to taste, remember there is a lot of salt in the bouillon. Add 1/2 teaspoon of yellow food coloring.
Cook the noodles until tender - about 30 minutes. Add cubed chicken. Put in crock pot and let simmer a while adding hot water if it becomes too thick.
You can also use a good egg noodle that's sold in stores, in stead of making your own.
