Chicken, cooked, pulled or cut up (I use Sam's roasted chicken).

2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1 can peas and carrots, drained
2 potatoes, diced, boiled, drained
1 l/2 cup chicken broth
1 onion & 2 ribs celery, saute in 1 Tabl. butter
1/2 teas. parsley flakes
1/4 teas. garlic powder
1/4 teas. each - salt and pepper

1 l/2 cup self rising flour
1 l/2 cup buttermilk
1 l/2 sticks butter, melted

Directions:

Line bottom of 9x13 pan with chicken (prepared as directed)

Combine soup, sour cream, peas & carrots, potatoes, chicken broth, onion and celery, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.

Mix the flour, buttermilk, butter together. Pour on top of the vegetables, do NOT stir.

Bake at 425º for 40 minutes
