10 ounces King Arthur Bread Flour
3.7 ounces semolina
6 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 packet Red Star instant yeast
8 ounces water

Directions:
Directions:
This is mixed and kneaded in a Bread Machine for 20 minutes, then allowed to rise for 2 hours. Following the initial rise, it is placed in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

The pizza is baked at 475 in the oven on a pizza screen placed on a pizza stone on the lowest rack of the oven for approximately 12 minutes.
