2-3 garlic cloves
Brie cheese
Pasta
Olive oil
Pepper
Red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook pasta according to directions (however much you want -- I usually do about 2 cups for 2 people)
2) Cut up garlic cloves and heat in pan with a few tbsp olive oil, pepper, and red pepper flakes
3) Once pasta is cooked and drained, put into pan with garlic and olive oil to coat pasta
4) Cut up brie cheese in small pieces (6-8 oz depending on how many people you are cooking for)
5) Mix in cheese with pasta to soften but not melt completely
