non-stick cooking spray
9 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/4 cups Alfredo pasta sauce
1 tsp thyme
2 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cups shredded Italian style cheese blend (2 oz)
14 oz pkg refrigerated unbaked pie crust
2T milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
coat 2 qt baking dish with cooking spray

in large skillet combine frozen veg., alfredo sauce and thyme cook and stir til boiling, stir in chicken and Italian cheese transfer to baking dish

roll out pie crust, slice to vent, cover baking dish

brush lightly with milk, sprinkle with Parmesan

400 for 25 min, let cool 20 min. before servine
