3 large navel oranges
2 large lemons
6 c. sugar
11 c. water
cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Wash oranges and lemons well. Cut into large pieces with rind. Put into large pot with 11 c. of water and soak for 24 hours. Remove fruit and cut very thin, especially the rinds. Put fruit back in SAME water it soaked in along with some cloves and boil for 11/2 hours. Then add sugar and cook until it forms a jelly... about another 11/2 hours.
