1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbls. Mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup deli ham, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 Tbls. Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard. Chop ham and onions. Add ham, onion & cheese to cream cheese. Chop pecans and snip parsley. Mix together and spread evenly on parchment paper. Form a 7" log. Roll cheese log in pecan mixture until log is completely coated. Serve with assorted crackers.
