1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
6 twists black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
Seedless raspberry jam
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients except jam. Mold into springform pan. Top with raspberry jam. Serve with crackers.
