1lb. Ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 cups soft breadcrumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 Tbls. Minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. Margarine
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, parsley and salt. Shape into balls and brown in margarine. Drain meatballs. Combine preserves and barbecue sauce; mix well. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
