Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Many, many fond memories of making these cookies with Mom. First during my childhood and then with my children and nieces and nephew. Mom always managed to roll them thinner than I ever could. The result was a delicious crisp cookie. They can also be made for other occasions and frosted with a buttercream type frosting.
