Salmon filet
2 lemons
Thin pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
6 oz. plain Greek yogurt
2 heaping Tablespoons grated Parmesan
6-8 cloves garlic, peeled
2 T olive oil
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 T light corn syrup 
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Capers
Grilled pineapple, diced
Chives, chopped 
Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon filet on large sheet of parchment paper.  Cut 1 lemon in slices and place on top of salmon filet.  Cut 2nd lemon in half and squeeze juice over top of salmon filet.  Season with a little salt and pepper.  Seal parchment paper and grill for about 20 minutes at about 400 degrees.  Grill pineapple at the same time (you can bake the salmon instead if you want).  While salmon is cooking, put peeled garlic in a small baking dish, coat with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.  In a small bowl, mix yogurt, corn syrup, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and roasted garlic until smooth.  Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Bake pizza crust until brown and crispy.  
Spread Parmesan garlic sauce on semi-cooled crust, flake salmon and spread evenly over sauce, sprinkle capers on top of salmon, add pineapple and chives and serve
