Mix:
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 box vanilla instant pudding (large box)
1 12 oz. Dr. Pepper

Icing:
1/2 stick butter (soft)
1 pkg. cream cheese (soft)
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar (around 4 cups - had to guess - can't find a box anymore)
4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake mix, oil, eggs, pudding and Dr. Pepper. Bake in a 13 x 9 greased and floured cake pan at 350 deg. for 35 minutes or until center is done.

Mix butter, cream cheese, cocoa, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Ice the cake.
