8 oz uncooked pasta
1 3/4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 1/2 cup fresh caulifloweretts
8 ox Monterey Jack Cheese cubed
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried basil
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp minced garlic

cook pasta, drain, rinse in cold water

add vegetables, whisk in dressing
