1 chocolate cake mix.
1 can cherry pie filling
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. mik

1/4 c. half & half
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first five ingredients by hand. Bake in layers, bundt or 9"X13" pan(s) Spray pan(s) with Pam or Baker's Joy I usually go bundt. Bake at 350 F for 50 minutes.
For frosting, mix half & half and butter in saucepan, bring to a boil. Add: powdered sugar, choclolate chips and vanilla. If too thick add a bit of milk
