8 oz penne noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 oz white wine
1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 hot Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
4 large prawns peeled and deveined
20 small popcorn shrimp
4 mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup prepared tomato sauce
1/3 cup heavy cream
pinch each chillies,parsley,salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a non-stick frying pan on medium to high heat, sauté mushrooms and all protein with vegetable oil and white wine.

Add remaining ingredients except noodles and reduce by half, or until the sauce has a creamy texture.

Add noodles, toss and serve.
