8 oz uncooked spaghetti
1/2 lb thick sliced bacon strips, chopped
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
3 cups fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
salt & pepper to taste
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cook spaghetti, drain

cook bacon over med heat til crisp, remove to paper towels with slotted spoon, drain, reserving 2 T of drippings

sauté tomatoes in drippings til tender, stir spaghetti into skillet

add bacon, spinach and spices, heat thoroughly, sprinkle with cheese
