4 Medium Potatoes
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp.. chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked potatoes in large bowl and mash with electric beater. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth and place in shallow casserole. Sprinkle with almonds and brush with melted butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
