2 can sauerkraut, drained
3 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
1 small onion, sliced thinly
1 tsp. oil
1 pkg. beef wieners, cut in bite size chunks, boiled and drained
1 rounded Tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon in oil until half way finished and add onion, turn down the heat and stir around until onion looks cooked, but not brown. Add a rounded Tbsp. of flour and stir until a smooth paste is made. Add 1/3 cup of water and mix, with a dash of pepper. Add the two cans of sauerkraut and stir. Put in the drained wieners and add a little water if it looks dry. Cover and simmer on low, stirring occasionally for around 10 - 15 minutes.
