1-1/2 lbs. squash
1 onion - chopped
1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 egg - beaten
3/4 c. cheddar cheese - grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
crumbled Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain well and combine with next 4 ingredients. Place in casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
