! pkg Duncan Hines Golden Butter Cake Mix
! can (11oz.) Mandarin oranges drained
4 eggs
1/2 cup Wesson Oil

Icing
1 medium can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 (5.1 oz.) pkg of Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
1 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients for cake and bake in 9" x 13" Pyrex for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool cake completely and ice with following icing:

Blend pineapple and pudding until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip.

After icing refrigerate
