~MIX~
3 cups of stone ground whole wheat flour;
3/4 cup of dried nonfat milk powder;
3 tablespoon packed brown sugar substitute;
3 tablespoon baking powder;
1 1/2 teaspoon salt;

~To Make the Pancakes~
Dump contents of quart jar into large bowl;
Add 3 eggs;
1/3 cup canola or olive oil;
Dash of vanilla;
2 1/4 water (More water if needed to make right consistency);

Make and pack in quart Jar and store in freezer.

~To Make the Pancakes~
Makes a HUGE BATCH;
Let cool and package by threes;
Store in air tight packages in freezer.

Here is a recipe for homemade healthy pancakes. I make the mix up and store in the freezer in a quart jar. It makes a huge batch I freeze. I use to make them a lot for Richard when he worked.
