8 - 10 chicken thighs, skinned
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Poultry Seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Flour
Oil

Roll thighs in flour and seasonings. Brown in oil in a large pot. Drain oil.
Cover thighs with water and add the pkg. of Lipton Onion Soup Mix and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cook for approximately 30 -45 minutes until chicken is almost done. Prepare dumplings.

Mother's Dumplings

2 cups flour
4 - 5 tsp. baking powder
milk
salt and poultry seasoning to taste

Combine flour, salt, baking powder and poultry seasoning. Add milk to make a paste. Make dumplings as big as a tablespoon and drop into boiling chicken, cover with lid and simmer. Do not remove lid for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!
