2 pkg. sm. soft flour shells or 1 pkg. lg. soft shells
3 lbs. hamburger or chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 sm. can green chiles, optional
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 lg. family size cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
Shredded cheese

Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Brown meat, add seasonings and green chiles; set aside. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour 1/2 of this mixture in bottom of pan. Roll meat mixture in soft shells; may add cheese if desired. Place meat filled shell on top of soup mixture in pan with the seam down. Pour rest of soup mixture over the top. Bake covered at 350º for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese last few minutes of baking, if desired.
