2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup light olive oil
6 cups of warm water
12-14 cups of unbleached flour
3 tbsp. fermipan or quick rising yeast
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl beat together the eggs, sugar, and oil. Add the warm water. Mix in half of the flour with the yeast. Knead in the rest of the flour gradually ( with the salt ) Knead together with dough mixer or bosch machine for about 6-8 min.

Remove from mixer and put into a large bowl. Cover and let rise for about 15-20 min. Form into buns and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350º for 18-20 min.

To make whole wheat buns I just add half whole wheat and half white flour.
